Nestled at 68260 E Bowmans Cir, this charming restaurant is more than just a place to grab a bite; it’s a destination that offers memorable moments against the stunning backdrop of Hunchback Mountain and Boulder Ridge.

One of the standout features of Mallards is its diverse menu. They specialize in gourmet burgers, including the decadent Resort Wagyu Burger—a mouthwatering creation of seared Wagyu beef adorned with smoked hickory gouda, grilled red onions, and bacon aioli. It’s served with your choice of crispy fries or a refreshing house salad, all for just $17. If you’re daring, the Diablo Wagyu Burger raises the stakes with its spicy jalapeño popper and chipotle mayo, sure to excite your palate at $18. For those who favor a classic combination, the Mushroom Swiss Wagyu Burger is a must-try.

The appetizer selection is equally inviting, featuring favorites like the Soup of the Day and hearty Nachos topped with Tillamook cheddar and fresh toppings, making them a perfect shareable dish. And let’s not overlook the famed Fish n Chips; crafted with wild-caught cod, it promises a crisp, fulfilling experience that’s hard to resist.

Let’s talk about drinks. The house cocktails are a highlight, especially the refreshing Sweet Tea Mule infused with sweet tea vodka, or the indulgent Chocolate Peanut Butter Old Fashioned. These creative concoctions elevate the dining experience and are perfect companions to your meal.

While the food quality garnered mixed reviews—some diners found certain dishes to be a bit bland—what consistently stood out was the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Laura, one of the bartenders, has been praised for her exceptional service, creating a welcoming environment and bringing personality to your dining experience. Her knowledge of the local area adds a personal touch that enhances your visit.

Had a great time! What a nice view from the outdoor setting area. Laura did a wonderful job and had so much knowledge of the area to offer. Food could sure use some work ordered a medium rare burger it was way over done not even eatable.

A really pleasant dining experience with view of the golf course, with hunchback mountain and Boulder ridge in the background. It is a really spectacular view with many wedding events and events held here. The Walk in refrigeration system is also updated so the product is also kept in a more sterile, and cleaner environment than previous one. Food quality is 4/5 five stars, would it gave it five stars but got nachos with the chicken tasting a little irony, with zero to no flavor other than that good. with drinks still being 5/5 stars. Never really had an issue with getting drinks, or mixed drinks. I worked here for 15 years on and off. And still due to this day... .But I currently no longer work in food service anymore. One of my favorite buildings on the resort.

The server was great, very friendly and helpful! Unfortunately they were out of ingredients to make a Mojito or a Moscow Mule. The drink I settled on tasted fine, but was nothing special. Food presentation was great! Food was bland and something on it tasted like it had gone bad. I mainly left a review to show the new menu since it looks like it has changed from the one posted a year ago.

Laura was absolutely AMAZING, me and some friends/family came from California for a wedding and spent a few days at the resort and we had the pleasure of being well taken care of by Laura the bartender at Mallards. She was so personable and very accommodating to our different taste in drinks and mocktails as we had a big group. she made our time all the more special and we would absolutely come back and hope to see Laura again.

Laura was amazing! Great service and drinks. She is super knowledgeable about the area and shared so many ideas to make our trip incredible.

Really enjoyed eating here! Laura is so nice and friendly! My boyfriend and I loved our food and look forward to coming back again. We got to make new friends here and had the best service! I highly recommend coming to this spot to eat as well as play some golf!
